Crystal Enterprise Offline Viewer. Only works on PC with Crystal Repor

Hello,

I have just installed Crystal Enterprise Offline Viewer on a PC that does not have Crystal Reports installed and it does'nt seem to work. The install complete's ok but when I try to open a report I get errors.
The Offline viewer seems to work fine on PC's that already have Crystal installed. Have you any idea what may be causing this? Is it a .dLL issue? Any help would be appreciated. Many Thanks

Please remember to post basic technical information, such as your Crystal version and the errors being returned ratehr than you are getting an error.

Assuming that you're unfamiliar with technical support, the first question asked, after your credit card number or support license # , is your software edition and version for virtually any product.

It may be a permissioning problem during install, or conflicting DLLs, or...
