Crystal enterprise - .Net C# integration

Hello all,
I need to render a report in Crystal Enterprise server using c#. This report is a simple report which uses a stored proc with no parameters.

Some Details...
Crystal Enterprise server : CRY-ENT1
login : TestLogin
Password : TestPassword
Authentication type : Enterprise
FolderName : "MyFolder"
Report Name : MyReport.Rpt.

I can login to Enterprise and see the report, but would like to get some sample code to render the report on a button click.
