Crystal Enterprise hangs on large reports

We are running Crystal Enterprise on a Windows 2000 PC with reports stored on a Win NT 4.0 Server, accessing data from a Dataflex source on a Redhat Linux server. When users run reports from ePortfolio that involve substantial data (monthly revenue for example) they appear to hang, frequently displaying only the first page of the report, then nothing more. The same report run from the NT Server will run in 3 or 4 minutes. Short reports run OK from ePortfolio.

Any clue?

Hi,
Check your settings in the CMC for Max records returned.

It is in the CMC ( in V10, anyway) in the properties of the pageserver. ( IN earlier versions, it is a command line parameter to that service)
