Crystal Enterprise error retrieving data

Yesterday everything was working fine. Now when I go into my Crystal Ent. using ePortfolio. All of my reports come back with the error. "There was an error retrieving data from the server: Object doesn't support this property or method."

What the h&^* does that mean? I'm not even sure where to start looking. All of my CE servers appear to be running when I go into the Crystal Management Console, and my SQL server is up and running.

Anyone have any ideas? As far as I can tell nothing(infamous word) has changed since yesterday.

Could be a few things, and the version of CE is important to post.

If that doesn't help, try posting your version, and verify that your admins haven't changed anything on th browser settings for your users.

Last ditch try restarting the CE Servers.

That didn't work I already had that disable. The verison that I'm using is 10. After rebooting the server again I can't seem to get the RAS server to start could this be related? And any ideas on how to get it to restart? I'm currently doing as you suggested and stopping each server one at a time and trying to restart the RAS server.

Not just restarting the services, I mean restarting the hardware itself.

Since you're on CE 10, you may have some bugs involved, I didn't reqally get a stable CE 8.5 until the second SP.

I did find the problem for this one, just in case anyone else has the same problem. It was because I had loaded Visual Cut onto the same machine as my CE10 was running. Ido sent me the work around, this is what he sent:
"Again, after installing the VC 3.61 the CE viewer of DHTML and Advanced DHTML quit working. This morning I installed the CR Offline viewer that comes with CE (Thick Client viewer of reports with static data). After doing that install all the CE viewers are now working and VC continues to function." Thanks Ido.
