Crystal Enterprise (Enter User ID Endless Loop)

I have a problem when trying to view my reports on my intranet. I am being prompted for the User ID and Password. I had already fixed this problem, but it keeps coming back for no reason. All of my reports were working fine all week, but now I get the prompt to enter my User ID and Password and the worst part is even though I log in, the program is in an endless loop.

I can not find the Seagate KB FAQ. Where are they? If it's supposed to be within these FAQ; I can't find it.
