I had a scheduled report hang up and stay running for a few days. I have now deleted this job and changed the time of it for next week. However, in the instance manager I have no jobs running, but when I look under the CMC >> Servers >> report - Crystal Job Server
The metrics state that there are 3 jobs running. it appears that when ever a job hangs, that one of the 5 slots for the jobs is now filled and will never run in that spot. Is there a way to fix this.
Also, do reports that are run by the guest account with out being scheduled, do they count as a scheduled job?
