We are having a problem with trying to print one report in Crystal Enterprise that was originally created in Seagate Info 7 designer. It has since been imported into the Crystal Enterprise 9 environment and has been saved in Crystal Reports 9. When the report is scheduled in Word format and when a user tries to print it the printer's red light will flash and the user will be required to push the button in order to get the report to print. On one of the printers it will display for the legal letter tray but if you manually push the button it will print the report.
Does anyone out there know what, in particular, could be within this one report to make the printer react in this manner when trying to print from Word format? This does not happen to any other reports that we know of...

Regards,

Sounds like formatting.

Open the report in CR and check the page layouts and printer settings (Crystal is printer dependent).

You may have something outside of the legal bounds, or you may even have a subreport with some odd formatting.

It's probably something along these lines.
