Crystal Enterprise 9 ePortfolio Lite

Hi All,

I have just taken over an CE 9 ePortfolio Lite system run with reports using an Oracle 8 database.

I am having the following problem when I am running the reports on ePortfolio Lite.

When I click View report, it asks for the report parameters, and then it asks for the database userid and password. When I rnter the uerid and password, it doesn't go any further, it just keeps on asking for this information.

I can enter anything and I get no error messages with regards to the user id and/or password, it just blanks the entries and asks for the userid and password.

The report works OK in Crystal Reports 10 and there are no Oracle logon issues.

I really need help with this.

I have read those pdfs and this still does not resolve the problem.

Any ideas?
