I am receiving this error when I go to schedule a report in Crystal Enterprise 9.0. I can preview the report in Crystal Enterprise, but when I try to schedule it, the error occurs.

Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Shared\Temp\procSched\CREPORTS.report\~tmp121c2e5c9b0c690.rpt.

This error message means that the correct database logon information wasn't set in the scheduler. When you schedule a report, you have a drop down with several options on the first screen. After setting the scheduled times, click the dropdown for Database. In this screen you should set your database logon information for the report. You should be able to schedule the report successfully.

The same goes for parameters or anything else that is mandatory for the report to run. If the information is required before the report can render itself, you are going to receive errors.

Also, make sure that you delete the recurring instance from the History tab and reschedule the report when changing the items that GPOGA mentioned. If you change those items, they won't be changed in any existing recurring instances.
