Although this question was asked and answered in May 2002, I would like to see if anything has improved for Actuate, so I am posting the same questions:
1. Learning curve - skill level needed and time to be comfortable
2. Speed of report design - training, availability of consultants.
3. Functionality - specifically, does drill down work on Actuate similar to Crystal?
4. Performance - if both running on Windows NT
5. Licensing - are concurrent licenses now available for Actuate?
Similar to the original post, is Actuate worth replacing Crystal? I am currently a Crystal Enterprise 10 user.
Thanks to anyone who has recently made this comparison and can provide some answers.
