Crystal Enterprise 10 : Unable to locate the CMS Machine

Hi ,

I have my Application machine and Crystal Enterprise Server on different machine. When I try to access the Enterprise Server, I get the Error Page of Crsytal with this message "All the servers with CMS {xyz}, cluster {xyz} and kind cacheserver are down or disabled".

Can anybody tell me whats the problem ?

Hi,
Go to the CE server machine and be sure all the Services are running and enabled ( use the CCM to find out.



Please provide OS, CE Version, etc for better help.

Thanx, I checked the Crystal Services and found out my licences expired, duh !!!! So Stupid of me
