This started after DST this past Sunday morning and no one at Aspect seems to have a clue as to what is causing this issue. When we use the "last hour" parameter is crystal enterprise 10 we get results from 2 hours ago. We have confirmed the time on the reporting server and the ACD are correct and that the records are recording using the correct times. Anyone else seeing this issue or have a solution?
