I have a couple of questions regaring Crystal Enterprise 10 for the Aspect Callcenter Environment
1. Is there any way to sort report records by Hour. There are Half Hour and Quarter Hour sort functions but non for a full hour. I know I could write some formulae and group by this but was wondering if anyone knew of a quicker solution.
2. Is it at all possible to add summary fields from different sub-reports together to disply an overall value in a container reort?
