I have reports that are fed from Oracle back end. Reports don't require authentication. When user changes data, reports don't show changes right away. Users have to wait. Is there a caching issue?

Robert

Two things have to happen:

1. The data needs to be committed in the database.

2. The report needs to be refreshed - they don't automatically update.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

Data is commited and report is refreshed.

Still the same thing. I have check the setting on the caching server and they are set to retrive the latest data.

When I run report in the designer it shows me

Robert

Hi,
What does this mean:
"When I run report in the designer it shows me "

What are you running the report from that does not show the updated info?
