Crystal Enterpirse 10 Express Edition vs 9

What are the difference between Crystal Enterprise 9 (the version that was shipped complimentary) and Crystal Enterprise 10 Express Edition? We are currently running version 9 and very satisfied. Except, when I have to modify a report that is being scheduled and emailed a dozen different ways, filters, etc. I have to delete each instance and recreate. Is this addressed in the Express version? Anything else notable?

I also found a price of $450 per named user for Enterprise 10? Is this correct? If I remember correctly Version 9 was outrageous. How many total named users can you have with V 10?
