Crystal engine problem

Hope some one can help me with this:
Crystal Viewer app which is written in VB from one of consultant, could get them to help me out on this, I don't if they still round.
We running this app in win2k terminal server, from time to time we get this message and we have to find out which user is the cause, some time we kill that user process and app continue running with no problem, other times we have to re-start the server.

Error Occurred Procedure: clsData.dbOpenAccess
Error Number: 3043
Error Source: DAO.DbEngine
