Crystal doesn't work after installing firewall 2

I have crystal enterprise 8.0 and am calling reports via the URL. Everything has been working fine for over two years until a firewall was installed. Now the reports no longer work. This is the error that is returned

Communication Error

Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running. If this problem continues, please contact the system administrator.

Any ideas please

Thanks but after looking at loads of different things, it was one of the most obvious, the various port numbers used by the different crystal services were been blocked.
