Crystal Dictionary Error

I am getting an error when trying to open a dictionary file in report. When I place a field and try to run the report I get an error, "Failed to open a rowset" and "Not supported.Details:Error building query"
This happens to only one dictionary file and only in version 9 crystal. The same dictionary works with Crystal 8.5.
