Crystal Decisions v11.5 - User rights 1

Guys,

Using Crystal Decisions v11.5, how can I set user permissions so the user has the ability to amend the details in the Schedule -> Destination tab; specifically the email title field. I've set up a report which is emailed out each, but the email title needs to be manually changed before being run.

The user needs only basic rights aside from the above.

If the user is a member of a group that has schedule rights to a particular folder or object, they will inherit the right to schedule to destinations, hence have the ability to vary the email header.
