crystal can't find dll

I am receiving an error: U2xxxxx.dll" that implements this function is missing. one or more formulas failed to compile.

I am using a custom dll that comes with our phone system. These functions that are not implementing are contained with in the dll. Does any one know how to have Crystal Enterprise 10 recognize and use this dll or how to have a report call the dll?

Does the report run OK on your local Crystal Reports machine ? Is it a CR DLL ? Have you tried copying the DLL file to C:\WINNT\Crystal on the CE server ?

Well....the custom dll should be in the following directory:

CR10
c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.5\bin

CR9
c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.0\bin

This is where CR will go to look for UFL's or other functions.
