Crystal Cache and Page server Error

Hi I am using Crystal Enterprise version on a 3 tier architecture. when i generate a report i get following error

"Data on tha page server may have changed.In order to prevent the display of incosistent information,the data cached in the browser will have to be refreshed. [On page server WEBCFLXID.cacheserver]"

Friends Can you help me in resolving this error.Also i Need to know how to capture this message and print a user friendly message instead..
