Hi List!,
Beating my head on a wall for this one, and I know it's prob'ly something I've missed...

A little background: Running Remedy 5.1, Win2K Server w/SQL2K. Report engine is Crystal 9

I've created and populated a field on my Helpdesk form called Business Day. It's just a yes/no field. It allows me, in Crystal, to select only those records designated as "business days". For that data set I need to find the total cases per month (got that one), number of business days (got that one), and the average cases per business days (don't got that one). I've tried the cross-tab functions and just regular reporting methods and no dice.....Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Dave

As further clarification...just need to be able to divide the count of the cases (per month) by the number of business days (per month)

In the formula editor, create {@avecases}:

count({@cases})/count({@businessdays})

Or if you are using running totals:

{#cases}/{#businessdays}

It would be helpful to know what your formulas are for the counts, or if running totals, what criteria you are using.
