Crystal Book Reccomendations

Hi iam Looking at a book wich on crystal 9. Now most books seem to cover reports design, but i am looking for a complete reference that looks at Setup and Maintaining Crystal Enterprise as well. Any of you read any good books that you could recommend. I t would be great if you could post isbn as well.

Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports are two separate products and there isn't one book that covers both tools.
