I've got my records grouped by a name field called "rep". Instead of grouping all of the fields correctly, crystal takes 2 or 3 of the names and sticks them in an "other" group... does anyone know why or how I can stop this?

Check your data and be sure that these items belong to that group. Make sure there are no duplicate entries in the database

I checked, and yes items definitely ARE a part of the group and there is no duplicate data either. I checked the sql against another report that IS grouping correctly (it's reporting off of an almost identical table) and there is no difference that I can see between them.

Thanks
