Crystal APS start/stop

I've just noticed that the reports I have been saving to my Enterprise environment appeared to, but weren't actually saving (or at least not appearing when I refresh the view from ePortfolio).
So I decided to restart the services through Configuration Manager. Everything is running again now except Crystal APS - when I click 'Run' on this, it goes from 'Starting' then back to 'Stopped'.

Have I started the services in the wrong order?

Ah don't worry - it looks like my CE90 database has become corrupted - I've got Crystal Support on the case.

We had something similar to this, and it was due to using IE5. (even though it only says IE in the install.txt!)

The minimum requirement is IE5.5 ......
