Crystal Analysis 8.5 and Member Properties

There is a reported bug in CA 9 that prevents Member Properties from showing if they are part of a "multiple hierarchy dimension". I have the same problem using CA 8.5 and have no plan to upgrade in the near future. I understand it would mean upgrading my Crystal Enterprise environment and my Report Designer as well.

I was wondering if anyone else ran into this problem and if there was a workaround to make these properties show in a CA 8.5 application?

Would showing the properties in the worksheet cells be acceptable? You could create a calculated member which does this.
