Crystal Activex Viewer is unable to create it's resource objects 1

This error I get on a user's PC. Crystal 8 and Enterprise 8.5 is installed over an intranet.

Hi,
The user must have at least 'power user' status in Windows before the control can be installed..

Have someone log in as a power user or administrator and try again..after it is installed, all users can use it.

We have others users. No one else has this problem. You mean to say we log in as 'power user' where? This is on one client machine...

It sounds like you're trying to install an Active-X Viewer.

There are issues with certain operating systems and certain versions of the IE browser.
