Crystal 9 - Null values in crosstab

I have to maintain a list of employee names at all times regardless of whether they submit an application or not in any given month.

However, I'm having a difficult time getting a placeholder of zero to display when I have no value.
Current Results
#ofapps for the March
Hunt 2
Kelly 3
Tunney 7

Desired Results
#ofapps for the March
Hunt 2
Kelly 3
Rick 0
Tunney 7
Miller 0

Any suggestions? Thanks.

What data source are you using?

What I have had to do in the past is create a '0' row in my source data for each row in my Crosstab. So you would need to create a '0' row for Rick and Miller in your case.

The ease of this depends on your data source.
