Crystal 8 Export to PDF ...Please Help

iam having a problem exporting a crystal report to a pdf using a url on crystal 8.0. installed the patch and it works in the designer enviroment but not through a url

iam calling the report via a URL i.e.
I installed the Patch and was able to export the report in the designer? when i call the report in IE It just Keeping Working and nothing comes up ...ANY ideas?
