Crystal 8 ActiveX Viewer - Export option

Hi All,

Our web site displays some reports on the Web using Crystal 8's ActiveX Viewer. I recently enabled the Export Button (<PARAM NAME="EnableExportButton" VALUE=1>) . However, whenever it is clicked, regardless of the report, we recieve the following pop-up box message - "This report can not be exported."
