Crystal 8.6 RTF export problem

Export to PDF works ok
RTF export gives a "Failed to export the report" error

I think Knowledge base article "c2011207" describes the problem.
In the latest hot fix the RTF dll is put in a different "Crystal Decisions" directory.

My questions are:

when these run-time dll's are installed/deployed to another pc what directory should they be in?
which files are run-time files and should be distributed?
are the versions correct?
given that export to PDF works ok, am I missing any DLLs that need to be distributed?
