On our web component server, we have a setting to go to the database every time a report is refreshed. We have a time tracking application where users enter time worked information and then run a crystal report to gather time worked information for a specified time frame. If a user runs the report and notices that there is an error and has to correct it in the time tracking application and resubmits the report - they get the old report. They have to log out of the time tracking application in order to get the new version of the report. What can we do to fix this problem?
