I am using the Crystal Report AcvitveX Viewer in my VB 6 application to call up all of my Crystal Reports 8.5 reports.
This application is running fine in most locations.
Today a client called me and told me that on the Citrix server (which all the users are logging into) the export button allows for them to click, but does nothing.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the appliaction (which includes all dll's required for the activex viewer and export) and it did not work.
Any advice would be helpful.
