Crystal 8.5 ActiveX Viewer - Export icon not working

I am using the Crystal Report AcvitveX Viewer in my VB 6 application to call up all of my Crystal Reports 8.5 reports.

This application is running fine in most locations.
Today a client called me and told me that on the Citrix server (which all the users are logging into) the export button allows for them to click, but does nothing.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the appliaction (which includes all dll's required for the activex viewer and export) and it did not work.

Any advice would be helpful.

It sounds like it can't find the DLLs.

There a blurb in the BO KB about this regarding Seagate Info, but I don't see anything specific for CR 8.5.
