Crystal 8.0 Enterprise Web Management Console

Hello:

I had an issue on my server (win 2000) that required a reinstall of IIS 5.0. Unfortuanteley, I did not copy enough info down regarding our Crystal configuration. I cannot access the Crystal Management Console via:

http://<our

web server>/crystal/enterprise/admin

I am a complete newbie at Crystal. Our Crystal admin has recently been fired and this is now on my lap. If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated. I have created a virtual directory for crystal, but not sure if it is correct. I will supply any info that is necessary.

What error message(s) when you try to go to that URL?

If you still have the CD read the docs on what physical location the crystal and viewers virtual directories should
be set..( Better yet, reinstall CE)

I get 404 File Not Found. The link is redirecting to

http://<webserver>/crystal/enterprise/admin/en/admin.cwr.

I am looking through the install guides right now. I have a feeling my virutal directories are not configured correctly. I do know that the application mappings are correct.
