Hi. I am using Crystal 2013. I am linking 2 tables from an MS 2013 Access DB. They are linked by the below fields in a 1:M relationship.
Table 1:
Issue ID (string)
Table 2:
Ticket ID (string)
I've linked these with a Left Outer Join and checked the data to make sure it was matching up exactly in the tables (making sure there were no trailing spaces, etc.), but I am still getting no data to show up. If I put one of the ID fields from either table in the report, all my records will show, but as soon as I add a field from the other table, it acts like there are no matching records from the other table and shows no records.
Do I have the join wrong? Any other ideas what could be causing the problem?
Thanks for your help!
