Crystal 2011 menus are missing 1

This just happened yesterday and I use Crystal 2011 on a weekly basis. My menus are missing. By menus I mean the English words across the top hat say File-Edit-View-Insert-Format-Database-Report-Window-Help.

All my icons are there but this is missing. Any ideas where or how I get this back?

Try Alt-V and 'Reset all toolbars and explorers on next restart'.
