Crystal 2008 pop up calendar skipping month

For some reason, the pop up calendar on two Crystal 2008 installations is skipping November. It goes straight to December from October. You can go back to November, but if you click on November 1 the date it gives you is December 1. Neither of us has seen this before, and we can manually type in November 1, but it would be nice if the pop up would work.

I googled this and I must be using the wrong words, has anyone seen this before and do you know how to fix it?
