Crystal 11 - Status Formula - Help Needed

Morning All -

Im looking for a Formula please that will show the statuses of our Incidents recorded as the following please;

Closed = Resolved
Cancelled= Resolved
Assigned = In Progress
Pending = Pending
Resolved = Resolved
In Progress = In Progress

Any help would be appreciated as alaways
