Crystal 10 Windows 2000 Freezing

PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a workstation that runs Windows 2000 with Crystal 10. This workstation is completly freezing, and not even being able to ctrl/Alt/Dlte it. Needs to switch machine off to kill it.

Please help!!!!

You need to be more specific to help you - what are you doing on the PC when it freezes - are you running a report?
What datasource are you connecting to and how are you connecting (what db driver?)

It is when we are modifying or creating a new report using MS SQL database.

Sounds like either an ODBC driver is not configured properly (you should be able to test it when you create it) or you need to uninstall/reinstall Crystal.

Can you run the sample reports against the XTreme Sample Database without problems?
