Crystal 10 truncates right edge of memo rows

We've just upgraded from Crystal 8.5 to 10.
Our reports now clip off the right edge of each row of memo memo fields, as though along a vertical line, cutting through characters and spaces alike. Printout appears the same.

The truncation happens in two environments, but not the third. We've been comparing files across environments, but aren't sure of the culprit. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Could they be using a different printer driver or not have a required font?

I don't know if selection of printer driver would apply. Our problem begins on the screen.

It might be the greeking effect due to screen fonts and sizes. Try the zoom and see if it looks okay at a higher resolution.

Try a different font and see how that works.
