Crystal 10 report won't print on box with Crystal XI active

I've got a machine with two different pieces of software, one using Crystal 10 and one using Crystal XI. The Crystal 10 reports will show in preview but not print.

I remember a similar issue between Crystal 8.5 and 10, is this a registry thing? And if so does anyone have a clue for my failing memory?

Were you able to sort this out? I have a similar problem, but specific to fields -- preview but not print, and only on multiform prns -- laser is fine.
