Crystal 10 integration with Sharepoint

I know that there is a Sharepoint Intergration Kit offered by Business Objects, but other than that don't know much. Can anyone tell me...

- Is there an additional cost to this?
- Does it work with CE 10
- Where does it get installed?
- Any pre-req's for install?
- Basic overview of how it works

Not really. I've never had a need to integrate BO with Sharepoint. I've always used the InfoView portal.
