Crystal 10 Export to Excel - Extra blank lines

I have a crystal report that I want to export the details to Excel. All the headings line up with the data, but after each detail line I get exactly 4 blank lines. I have changed all the font sizes to Times New Roman 10 from Arial 8, made sure they were all the same height, not have Can Grow checked and none of the fields are touching.
I am exporting using using MS-Excel 97-2000 (Data only)with Options base on Header 3 and all the bottom boxes checked. Although I have tried with different boxes checked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try supressing footer sections, perhaps?

I need the footers I have for totals. I tried deleting things and I still get exactly 4 lines between each detail on the export. If I do not use (data only), I do not get the blank lines, but the headers are out of alignment.

You should attach each field and heading to the same vertical gridlines, and I believe it is better to have neighboring fields attached to the same gridline--no spaces between fields. Fields should also be attached to a horizontal gridline, and the gridline should be moved up until the fields are snug against the top border of the section. Then bring the bottom border up to the bottom of the fields. I prefer exporting to regular excel, but I think this should help with both types of exports.
