Crystal 10 Error 20707

We have recently upgraded from Crystal 8 to 10 and now when running some reports at a few sites we get Error 20707 but with no description of the error.
I can't find any help at all with Crystal 10 error numbers, and the developr.hlp file with Crystal version 8 doesn't mention any error codes over 20577.
Any help as to what this error means would be appreciated.

How are you viewing the reports? Looking up that error code on the BO site links to a document on ActaWorks and, briefly, states that "20707 A warning occurs during configuration when the Apache-Tomcat port is already in use by another application..."

It would appear that you could have conflicting Tomcat instances running?

The reports are run from a VB6 application.

You have the wrong version of the Crystal Report Print Engine in the system32 folder. You should have Crpe32.dll version 8.5.0.217.
