CRXI-Report Viewer-Print Engine Error

Hi,

I have an instance of .rpt file Business Objects Infoviewer so report file opens up in CR Viewer so fine and Exported file to Adobe Reader and then when selected Page Range to ALL does gives me an Error "Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error " but when i selected Range from 1-5 then it opens Adobe and from there i can give a print.

I have no clue why should it causes funky stuff.

Any ideas should be appreciated.

How many pages are in it, 5?

Not sure why it's causing an error, but you should try applying the service pack:

http://support.businessobjects.com/downloads/updates/service_packs/default.asp

You might also place a formula containing:

"Page " & totext(pagenumber,0,"") & " of " & totext(totalpagecount,0,"")

in the page footer, which will force Crystal to evaluate the number of pages in the report before displaying the first page.
