Have a landscape orientation Crystal XI report. I preview the report (through our own application via a VB program), and as soon as I click the print icon in preview, I get the following error:

The instruction at "0x77fcb90b" referenced memory at "0x30303034". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program.

I click OK and the error appears again. I click OK again and the error appears again. Click OK and it goes away and shuts preview.

This does not happen directly from Crystal, only through our VB application. And it only occurs when I print from preview. If I print directly to the printer, it prints fine.

Something else, that may/may not be related:
The report was created using a printer that is not on the machine I am previewing from. If I add that printer to the machine I preview from, the report works fine. Or, if I go into Crystal Reports, Page Setup and change the printer on the report to one that is on the machine I preview from, the print from preview works fine.

I am on a Windows 2000, SP4 machine.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
