I have report with cascading dynamic prompts. If I run the report from within Crystal it runs great, but when I run the report from withing the InfoView portal I get an error message saying 'Fail to Start Prompting'. I've done some research and I think it has something to do with Business Views, but I have no idea where to even start. Can somebody please help me? I would GREATLY appreciate it.

You can create "cascading prompts" if you want to write your own SDK application in Java or .Net to manage them outside of InfoView.
However, if you just want regular web-based InfoView use - you have to use the Dynamic Parameters tools in CR-XI and the Business View Manager to handle them on BOE-XI.
There were some third-party tools for "Dynamic Parameters" under CE-10, but I don't think they were migrated when XI added that functionality.
