I originally wrote my reports in CR10 and had several parameters.

I am looking at CRXI for Dynamic PArametrs as the reports will go to several sites who will have different data in the table I am reporting on.

IN CR10 I have a report which builds info by UserName. At the top of the list I manually added the text 'All Users'. Code in the select expert then took care of that.

I cannot see a way of doing this in CRXI when I use Dynamic Parameters. How can I add my 'All xxxx' so I can report on everyone at once.

many thanks

Thanks for that, but I don't use Business Views.

In the static parameters, I can add additional Values to the list. This is what I did before. I would like some eay of repeating what I have been doing in CRXI.

I seem to recall how I did this in the past was by using a Command object for the list with a Union All, as in:

Oracle version
select 'All' MyField from dual
UNION ALL
select MyField from table

-k

Read the document more carefully; it has a section for cases where a Business View is NOT used.

- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Apologies IdoMillet.
