CRXI - Charts or Graphs not displaying

Hello

We have web application that runs crystal reports published on enterprise, the reports that does not have graphs or charts work fine but reports that have graphs or charts does not show or diplay graphs or charts on the report. It gives X image and blank space for each graph. If i right click on image there is option to show image and if i select that option nothing happens. Any help will be appreciate greatly as i need to demo this app today afternoon.
