We are using the Crystal XI Merge Modules to install runtime files on a machine.
We have a report that can print barcodes using either the Azalea 39 (c39half.ttf) or Azalea 128 (Code128w.ttf) barcode fonts.
These barcodes printed fine in Crystal 9, and if we upgrade our Crystal 9 runtime client with the Crystal XI runtime files (using the merge modules), the barcodes print fine.
When we install Crystal XI runtime files (using the Crystal XI merge modules) to a machine that has not had any Crystal runtime components installed, the barcodes do not print. It prints the actual text, instead of the barcode.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
We have the u2lbcode.dll installed to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin
and the two .ttf files are in the C:\WINNT\Fonts directory.
This is all we needed to install before CR XI. What else are we missing?
Thanks
